E30 325i Exhaust WTB complete with Manifold

Gentlemans, where can I get a good second hand a complete exhaust system from manifold to the rear box ?Any location, any specialist in Klang Valley ?I did a conversion from 320i to 325i, and I find my old exhaust manifold with single pipe not suitable for the 325i, hence the search begins.any help appreciated.TQ/cheers

Dude go to jalan ipoh, Taman wahyu from kl the shop is near makro before after kepong round about fly over slow down see sign board that says taman wahyu turn left then first right then turn right then immediate left first shop. It is a junk yard for german cars. it is called GM Auto parts. They have it second hand original.

or MRR 2 just after bukit madonna. There is another junk yard for Bimmers and Mercs. or you can try JFA Motorsports in Sunway. Went there today to make appointment to repack my exhaust.

went to GMauto today, they have 320i and not 325i...

center exaust cost me RM 240 and rear cost me RM 260 (brand new). local made everco.

actually the exhaust manifold or extractor is the most difficult ones to obtain for a m20b25 even though the m20b20 will fit but you'll lose some high end power as the m20b20 manifold are more restrictive.. than the m20b25..i think so...

i enquired at jaafa in sunway, he quoted Rm400 for rear box, Rm300 for piping and exhaust manifold he said can do custom. or you can buy ready made one from calvin tan. btw all are performance stuff

I had bad experience installing a performance type extractor to a japanese car. Yes there was good power, but it was a big mistake as the FC shoot up like nothing. So I have to put back the stock Manifold, and I also found the right back pressure.

I think the stuff Calvin Tan selling is those performance type .. I will stay away from it. Specially now that Petrol price going sky high. This ride is a daily use of mine. I travel average Kms 100 a day minimum.

I am hunting for a stock, exhaust manifold for 325i E30

Can any one help. I think the rear box and piping I can settle for a custom made.

Any one recommend a rear box and piping that will not make cheap noise

everco they have they can custom make piping and rear box, as for manifold not sure, i have e34 m20b20 exhaust manifold, dont think it will fit, unless you custom make an adapter or something like that (it will bolt on the the head)

OK, I found the exhaust manifold for my E30 325i stock original. It is two piece unit. Lucky me, I understand it is not easy to find.

OK guys, now please direct me to some exhaust specialist in Klang Valley.

Now that I have the manifold, next doing the custom piping.

good luck to you man, the 2 piece manifold is for left hand drive cars, even if it was miraculously fitted, the flow will not make your engine healthy

FYI the 2.0,2.3,2.5 manifolds are all the same
only difference are the output flange of either 3 bolts to the newer 4 bolts

and if you think the chop shops say that 325i are diffirent, then by all meants its your choice, coz in the end of the day, they can charge you 50 to 100 because ........it is so rare to find.!....go figure

its only after the manifold the down pipes, center box pipes to the rear box are different for the 2.0,2.3,2.5

Teejay, so I brought the wrong stuff, yes I was warned about the left hand exchaust manifolds. I entirely forgot about it. I just returned the manifold back to the chop shop, nice fellow he refunded my money.

Do I gather what you said about 3 bolt flange and new 4 bold flange is for the inlet manifold right ? pls clarify.

I am half dazed going around town cari all these parts.
