e24 635csi fuel tank!

hello there! would like to know if anybody had any experience of changing their fuel tank.....or maybe anybody knows where i can get it and what will be the cost of it.......and if possible to substitutes the original e24 tank to other model....say, the e23 maybe? tq for the help!

what happen to the fuel tank. i took down mine cut it open and clean , it was very dirty .then weld it back. working well now.

same problem....very dirty!sort of white fungus inside it....r u sure it is ok after u operate the tank?coz the mechanic told me that it could be an option but can't guarantee would last for how long...afraid that the dirt will stick at the tank again......so he suggest me to get it replaced.......if i can find one laaa.......
....out of topic.u remember last time u brought me & azmi to this one workshop near kionsom where there is an abandoned gold e24 there?i went there last weekend......the workshop has been closed already....and the e24 also not there.......any idea?

yet to get it laa san.....find one with this tank problem....but will get the soonest....provided everything is ok for me laaaa (including the notes uses in exchange of the shark)......he.he...

guyz i also face same problem as rust the real enemy...lastly i uSE MYVI TANK...COST RM500 PLUS INSTALLATION...
