Difference between E39 525i and 525i M sport

I am in the midst of buying a used E39 525i and found out that apparently there is a M sport version? What is the difference between the M sport and the normal 525i? I was told the rims and suspensions are "sportier". Is that all? What price difference were these 2 models when new?

My E39 530i M-Sport has M sport seats, M sport steering, bodykit which look very similar to E39 M5, M light alloy wheel and such and so on

the door strips should also be M.
Suspension also lowered, with full M kits (including anti-roll bar - bigger)
Exhaust normally is a single big tip, which is the case in the picture.
M-Sport steering.
Seats could be leather or half-leather M-sport seats
A/B/C pillar and roof fabric should be grey.

Price difference from what I see in the adverts, about RM20-30K unregistered for the E39.
The M-sport rims should come in a set of 5 rims. So, check the spare tyre.

check the VIN too. See if it is M-Sport spec. The VIN is the last 7 digits in the chassis number.
