hi all sifus out there,im driving a E30, & would like to know if theres any parts that can be commonly used in my car without modifications or minor modifications from other BMW models, for better result/response in my car?for instance,1) my car's brake doesnt grip so well, & brake booster (master cylinder) leaking, can i replace it with other model's brake booster? like E34? or E32? or E38? or any other models?do i need any modifications or it can direct fit?2) can a E36's brake disc direct fit into a E30's absorber? wats the difference between these 2's absorber design?or any sifus can advise what can be modify and what shouldnt be done? thx in advance...cheers,kel

Search for the E32/38 brake booster conversion in the forum.
Note: Set date option to 'ANY DATE' when searching.

Get a piece of each and compare. Chances are you'll find that one has 4 holes, the other one has 5... And that's only the beginning.

reedoor, fyi, for brake m/c look under e32/e38 and author kinaka, also useful to read thread by jules for effectiveness of e30 brakes. For price of parts, i.e fluids, pads, disks, brake lines, search under sticky of e30 parts list. Otherwise pm sifu's.

e32 complete brake system...powerful....dun bother with e28 brakes...they need upgrades too
