Color change - Need JPJ inspection again?

Im changing the color from dark blue to white.Do i need to go for JPJ inspection again?If yes, is it ok with SMG bumpers?I tried searching the forum for info, but couldnt find any.

I was told by the insurance company that you do not need to inform or go for any inspection with jpj. I change from dark blue to white as well.
BTw, whats SMG bumpers?

No need, JPJ already remove the "Tukar Warna" counter, no longer in JPJ.
 
By law, u have the responsibility to inform JPJ and update the color data in the reg card.

Chong, what's wrong with SMG bumper?

It's not the original bumper, not sure if it is allow.

I agree with you somehow, by law i think should inform the JPJ.
Just incase something bad happen and i am require to produce the reg card.
But cannot claim back my car because the color stated different. hahaha

Just my thought...

Sorry, i should say its the m-tech II bumpers..:cool:
 
Dont think the bumper will get u any trouble with JPJ..If so, 8/10 on the road e39 will get trouble with JPJ.
