Chasis number for E30

Hye to all bimmerianz,Just want to ask where is the location of the chasis number for e30 and what is the original spec whether it has any logo or symbol with the number..Can anybody explain about this and i believe this can give a new knowledge to us that did'nt know about the chasis number spec like me :top:..TQ & Regards

I know the CKD 318i has only numbers. Located at the middle of the 'drain' near the wipers.
