stock vs adjustable .. may i know the difference ??
sifu pls let me know

stock = well..ur just stuck with stock..if wanna use stock i recommend get M-Sport suspension..
adjustables = got fully & semi adjustables..fully u can set ur stiffness level and height..semi only can adjust stiffness but not height (or vice versa?)..also some only allow to adjust front sets only..more expensive ones can adjust both front & rear, stiffness & height..recommend to get KW

if got budget better go for adjustables / coilovers..can tune it to suit ur comfort + performance level..else go with the normal Bilstein + Eibach combo..or H&R etc..

i'm not a sifu..but just would like to share my knowledge n little experience..:) happy hunting..

SACHS Advantage

the msport absorber only comes with the offocial msport version of the car series. The 4 potter may have different abs than the 6 potter due to the difference in front end weight.

That's meant 4 potters absorber cant use in 6 potters car ? or are they using same absorber but different spring ? need to change my absorber, some shop say using same absorber.

nope they are different. the damping is different. if you use the 4 potter abs on the 6 potter, the front end is gonna sit lower with different sag. your abs won't last as the seal will go bust due to the extra dynamic forces from a heavier unsprung weight.

I believe you mean sprung weight. :)

unsprung weight only comes from rims, tires, brake pads, brake disc, and etc.
since nothing has change, unsprung weight should remain the same.

But due to springs, and absorbers are different, your car is sitting lower, which going to transfer weight to front (or rear).
This alter the travel distance/speed for the absorber and springs(up and down), which will shorten your life for your absorber.

:) Cheers
