Change door handle seal

sifu's,I just bought a new door handle seal (4 pcs - RM50) but donno how to take the handle out and replace the old one..... .... :blush: plz help.....

on the e34,you loosen the door handle surround by pushing a latch,accessable by the side of the door(door must be opened).
this access hole is covered by an oval rubber bung.

to refit,you need to pull the latch.if you haven't done this before,i suggest you let the mech do it.go see kenny of m speed.

thats a brilliant link above....i followed the instructions as well to change them..... takes a little fiddling for the first timer, but its a breeze once u get the hang of it!!

i used a small 3mm allen key as an aid..the short end is great for hooking out the sliding catch..

hehheh...dunno what i'm talking about?..u will when u try it..

This fello ahh never know to follow up lah, I met him today at TT Seremban he had change it by Sam not himself lazy bum!!! not bad look ok.

i've tried myself..but failed to find the latch... :blush:
anyway, Sam do it for free!! ...CABUT!
