Car Underpower/Misfiring?

Just brought the car(E39 523i) over to Sabah. Arrived last week.Had the car fixed before bringing over to Sabah. It was misfiring, changed one ignition coil and all the sparks plugs at Naidu along with new cooling coil. Seems ok then. After driving for a few days in Sabah, the car suddenly underpower. Like not running all cyclinders. Not really misfiring cause when misfire, the engine sputters. This time no sputtering, just dont want to go. Any idea why? Also the clock logo is lighted when starting the engine. Read it was indicator to change the brake fluid. is that correct?I am not familiar with the mech here in Sabah. Dont want to take it there and let them potong. At least if i have an idea what is wrong then less potong....Please help.P.S. Anyone knows any good mechanics in KK sabah?

hi, happen to my E38,
1.the car wont shift to higher gear. had my ABS sensor change RM348.
2.the car suddenly no power like no gas in tank, something like misfire,maciam mau jalan tak mau jalan. end up change throttle body(frm chop shop)RM800(throttle body)+RM200 reprograme n labour. RM1000

why dont take it to the AB worksop and do a diagnostic, then u decide where to get it fixed, i know at AB will be expensive but the diagnostic should not cost a bomb!.

might also be another of the ignition coils. had the problem on my car also. misfiring, changed 1 coil, then the same problem again, then had to change another 2 coils. been ok since then. the diagnostics can tell which cylinders are misfiring.
