Cannot send anymore private messages

I cannot send anymore PMs as the system says my inbox is over 100. However, I only have 2 in all my PM boxes (Inbox, Sent and Trash). Anyone can help?

I have checked account permissions/settings at the Admin panel and did not find anything wrong with your account. I have also sent out a few pm via a test registered account and all pm went through. Suggest you log out and then log in and also try to clear your cache memory. Give it a try and let me know.

Cleared my cache, changed browser, used another PC but no avail. It still prompts me on my inbox exceeding 100.
