Dear Sifus,I saw an advert for E65 735Li year 2003 regt. 2006Advertised price 160k.1. Is the price reasonable and what is the maintenance cost for this model.2. Is there any generic problem this model has.3. Fuel Consumption.4. What area to examine before buying.Thanks bro's...for the earlier advice..

I'm not a sifu but my boss have one...

1. Is the price reasonable and what is the maintenance cost for this model- The price is ok, but somehow will be very subjective, depending on the condition. Maintenance-very high initially unless the company is paying the bills.
2. Is there any generic problem this model has.- No idea but we have experienced the sudden system black out while driving.
3. Fuel Consumption.- not so good, and the tank also very big(forget how many litres but u can google it)
4. What area to examine before buying.- inspect all areas, test all the function working. do bear in mind that if got one fault, actually it might link to other thing. dun believe the salesman at all.

E65 not an good idea if you are working for someone..Its bearable if you are doing business. Somehow, if u tink ur pocket is deep.. by all mean go for it. Its a beast.

Try to get one with a service record ....Find a friendly mech and hope for the best.. hahaha...
Be getting mine end of this month.. yes, its a beast and the comfort level is out of this world. Thought the E39 is comfortable but the E65 takes it all. And the V8.. beast

well 7s are never cheap. for many 38s are already sucking the life out of them.. 65.. painful. and guess what.. i am tempted on the 760Li... and i am just a wage earner.. DIE DIE DIE!!
