eh, 1 burger say 3 dollar u can earn. 900000/3 , you need to sell 300k burger. 300k/365 , u need to sell 866 burger a day.

Not that easy XXX. Ive tried my hand at it. I used to sell burgers (and goreng pisang). My stall was on the SS2 mainroad just in front of a pub called Hunter's Lodge. One of my main customers then was non other than DJ Dave, he would drive up in his Alfa and tapau my burgers. Well, this was way back then, when even Ramly wasnt in the Burger business yet.

No lah..... got financing... assume can get 100% financing for 9 years at 4.5% - repayment per month will be RM11,708 per month (ouch!)........

If burger can be sold for RM3 but only cost RM1 to make, RM2 profit per burger..... RM11,708/2 : 5,854 burgers per month - or 195 burgers per day.......

Then, need to see another 100 burgers to cover for running cost of car......esp insurance and fuel.....

All in all 300 burgers a day will get u the M5!!

Ok.... Azim's Burger Shack at Rasta has been notified of tonight's BT. So those who have signed up, please show up....dont FFK the rest of us who'll wait for you guys till 845pm. Those who want to join, please list your names. Those who are coming late (AD meeting/work/dont want burger,just want to talk-kok with fellow UDM owners etc) please take note that we will depart from Maybank Tower (opp.RHB Branch in TTDI) at 845pm sharp. YOu late, you find your way there. Map was kindly posted by KennyG on page 34 of this thread.

Best to follow Calvin Tan's advice....gasak saja the tables &chairs. The nearer the burger guy, the better.

My parents house is just up the "bukit"... :)

Most of my patients, the ngada2 one.... 50% of them is just MC's...
Sometimes, luck not good... got emergencies... Astma, MI or MVA... :(
 
Doc i can step in for you if u need time, I can definitely take care of the ngada2 50% one, issue MC only wat.......no problem.
Emergency one then you can ask Dr Calvin coz he drive very fast so can reach hospital faster...nyek nyek nyek!
