Brand New Feel - change the upper arm, lower arm and bushes

A friend of mine recommended that I change the upper arm, lower arm and (every) bush on the shocks assembly to get that new car feel. Can anyone share their experience and costs, and where best to get this done with original parts? Grateful your insights....many thanks!
