brake hiss

my ride has a hissing sound that i could hear coming from the brake pedals. when the brake pedal is fully depressed, no hiss is noted. however, hissing sound can be noted when the brake pedal is lifted slightly. it is as if releasing air from the tyre. i googled and alot suggests faulty brake booster.any of you experienced this before? how about the cost of the brake booster?

Bro i'm having tis sound from brake exactly same as yours. If u can ignore it just stay to it, according to the mechanic there are no harm to the car.
