Hello everybody,I am planing to improve the appearance of my 1997 E 36 with a bodykit. The choices are M3, AC or even upgrade to E 46 M3 look. The more confusing part is choosing the type of material.I cant afford the original kits so it will have to be either affordable 2nd hand ones or replicas.I need advice on cost ,reliability etc of different materials available eg PP , Pu or Fibre.I saw Theva in Subang Jaya ( sec 19 bawah pokok ) and have been quoted from RM1500-2000 for complete fibre kits.Anywhere else i hav asked they hav always recommended either PP or PU and Fibre is always condemned as the worst ! However Theva cfcourse is a Fibre man and looking at some of his displays the Fibre appears very solid.Any advice ?? or experience to share?Cheersevra

Hello Forumers,

Thanks for the comments. But what about the actual quality of the material used for the bodykits.?

Is there a difference in the quality for PU PP or Fibre ? and what exactly is the difference ?

I was told that compared to PU/PP which cant be repaired Fibre can actually be repaired in some circumstances.

Is that true?

Cheers
