Bmw 3 e46

hi i am new here.would like to have some tips how to buy secondhand bmw 3 e46 type of car.heard alot of complain abt the gearbox,i thought it is a lifetime gearbox n why bmw do not hav oil change?

dear hkkkoh, thank you for your enquiry but you need to share mode details such as what sorta complaints ? which model? what year? no such thing as lifetime gearbox if the previous owner has thrashed it to the ground. all cars are the same.

bmw do not have oil change? you mean no need to change oil? you mean the gearbox or the engine? er...please share more details. thanks
