Bluetooth connection problem

Hi fellow club member,Not sure if anyone ever experienced this problem...my mobile phone was properly paired with the idrive bluetooth system and everything was working fine until this afternoon. The connection was suddenly lost. I tried resetting my phone as well as the idrive system, but still no connection.Under the settings menu, I can't even disable the bluetooth connection (the selection is enabled but selection not possible). Similarly, I can't even remove my existing paired phone profile...Anyone can help??Thanks.
