Between e46 CBU & CKD models

Hi all,I'm new here and on searching for e46 318i (2.0). I have some questions and these make me a bite confuse:- Is it true e46 318i (CBU model) only have untill year 2002? For year 2003, 2004 currently in the market are only CKD models?- what type of engine e46 2002 318i 2.0L (CBU model) use?- until what year e46 318i (CBU + CKD model) use 1.9L engine? Hopefully i can get the answer, TQ

Naza brought in a lot of CBU E46 318i a few prefacelift sports and a lot of facelift sports pack.

AB only brought the inital batch of 1.9 CBU E46 318i in 1999-2000 before starting to CKD them in 2000.

I got a CKD AB Reg 318i and it has full leather interior, the Jap-Spec are all fabric. I like the leather

e46 318i 2.0l - N42, 142bhp Valvetronic - 16 valve, 4 cyclinders

e46 318 1.9l - M43, 118bhp - 8 valve, 4 cyclinders

I agree with u Ferdinand, Mine one CBU from Japan but interior use fabric. The salesman goreng me said, Malaysia cannot use leather seat ...very hot one
