Best Spark Plugs for e28 525/528?

Guys,What is the best or highly recommended spark plugs for e28 525/528?I think its time for me to change mine. The car's heart is not in good condition right now. Always jerking. Also, what's the best diameter for the exhaust piping for 525/528? 2.5"? Opinions are highly appreciated.Cheers

If you want to buy it cheap, ask for 2 pack of Kancil spark plugs (3 per pack) they are the same spark plugs that M30 uses but it's much cheaper when you tell the trader that it's for Kancil rather than for BMW

yap i try that kancil spark plugs before it run very good, now i using other it feel like less power and more on fuel.
