asking about E60

i am new here,planning to buy a bmw E60 523 or 525 year around 2005-2006 budget inside 140k.i have do some research,what the different between recond and CKD on this two model?which spec will better?i have search at here and get to know got two engine for this model,one is N52,another one is N53,what is the different between this two?

Buy 525 LCI with N52 and new e gear ... Save u a lot of problem from Makan engine oil and jerking gearbox that may cause u like crazy man : )
