Better looking for 24V 520 manual,later conversion job are easier ,go for 525 non vanos /525 vanos. 24v 520 manual market price now around 22-25k .

ya bro...i had a e34 before this....its 24v 2.0...i upgraded abit...just meet wif accident in jalan kuching...car total lost but the engine still perfect...so convert that engine will be easier for me....

My E34 is still for sale.

Original m20b20 already upgraded to m20b25. Wide grille conversion, crystal rear lights, bodykits, 17" ACS type IV replicas, etc. etc...

Bad news, I won't sell it for your budgeted price. However, if you're willing to pay more, the good news is, you don't need to fork out for the engine upgrade.
