Angel eyes for E39

Hi..wanted to upgrade my year 99 E39 to angel eyes..am wondering if the original BMW or Hella equavalent will be good enough. I was quoted RM5.8K for BMW and RM3.8K for Hella..only problem with Hella is that i will lost the head light adjustment asno module support.Can you recommend which one should i go for..and where?. I am in KL.cheers
