Angel Eyes for E38?

Is that commonly done? Saw one E38 one morning on Jln Parlimen with white angel eyes - colour temperature matches the "Type 2" that is sold by um.. someone we know.Damn.. the E38 is one nice ride... how much has the price dropped now and what is the maintenance for a road-tax friendly 728i ?

Apparently the 740i are quite cheap due to the VERY high price of the Malaysian road tax!!! So the most affordable running cost is the 728i ?

E38.....yum....nice huh schone.

Drove a couple before and the ride is simply awesome. Boyracer aside, this is the ride to get for executive, comfortable and controlled driving. Gosh, I must be getting really old. But fell in love with it after watching how Clive Owen controlled it in one of the BMW movies. Definitely in my collection list.

If you don't mind the painful roadtax, year 1997 730i, 735i and 740i can be had for as low as RM90k-RM100k now. Yummy......full specs. Very suitable to be chauffer-driven around too.

There are a few variants worrr .. for 728. Single banos, double banos.

730 n 740 need to check the nikasil issue and suspension.
Manual conversion is possible - calling TeeJay - I need ur 6 sp gearbox !!
