Sadly it comes from Japan. Hopefully its different from the other Japan half cuts that comes with 210kmh speed cut. If this one comes with the speed cut its even harder to overcome, not many people would have the ECU or any other parts needed.

Any idea how to eliminate the speed cut.. Demm 200kmh than cut...its a v8 engine..
