aircond fan not blowing

this morning when i start up my ride, there is a sharp noise sound like (eeeeee) coming from under the hood..when i rev the engine, the sound will go off..didnt have time to check as rushing to work..then my aircond fan not blowing at all..any idea which component is the culprit and what to check ?

me facing this kind of problem before (aircond fan not blowing)...after i take out aircond controller and plug it back...then is wuz ok..but regarding the sound..no idea bro
