aircond bugging me

after some asking around it seems that my aircond expansion valve needs to be changed..it gives a whailing sound during drive at low rpms.. usually in jams... so anybody out there having the same problem.. plz share your experience.. and where is this naidu guyive been hearing about that seems to be a sifu for e34 aircond woes... how can i get in touch with him..thanks
