Sorry to miss lead the question. Actualy ive read all the link and im very happy to learn so much. But im quite uncertain for a single 5000km maintenance is how much.

A TT is a must for a newbe like me. I dont mind buying Teh Tarik all around for the sake of friendship.

are you sure you have read up all the link? the E36 service intervals for engine oil change is 25,000km (or was it 20,000 km?). i used to change mine every 15,000km. the E36 has an indicator that will alert the driver when it is time to change engine oil. the indicator will change colour from green to red when it is time to change. can a proton do that?

i'm now driving an e46. semi-synthetic oil + oil filter + labour = RM 205 and thats for 15,000km. i can drag it to 25,000km but always believe that if you take care of your car, your car will take care of you, so i change every 15,000km which is normal.

can a proton do that?
