Adjustable headlamp e90 323 idrive

Hi all master im doubt with my e90 323 i drive spec, i wondering how can i adjust the main lights up and down? Cant find any switch or in idrive. When i start up engine and i can see the lights is moving up and down looks like calibrating, so what i think it is electrically adjustable.

@ Azmany. I think this is the best solution to the problem and probably the method of DIY for a person who is having a light alignment problem of his car. I saw there, that the process has been beautifully illustrated. The guy says correct that nowadays company itself makes the light alignments somewhat down, but this thing creates problem to some people while driving.
