adding CD changer E46

Dear All,just checking if it is possible to add on a cd changer to the stock E46 head unit?if this cannot be added on then how will a RF cd changer unit sound..any other options if i still want to maintain the stock head unit?many thanks

I have heard the stock HU are compatible with Alpine changer only as the original CD-changer came along with e46 are made mostly by Alpine..can try see the socket cable match the stock HU or mayb with some modification a bit..otherwise have to use FM modulator but the quality slack a bit..I m too thinking of add changer to my existing stock HU.
