ABS+DSC lights ON! Situation Analysis.

Hi guys,Situation: My DSC, ABS Light used to come on once in a while. Like many others, it goes away after i restart the car. About 2months ago, it decided to come ON and not go off at all. So, i brought the car in to be checked, the mechanic cleaned up the sensor and the lights didnt come ON anymore (sometimes, it did too, but not as frequent). This lasted for about 3 weeks, and the lights are ON again now. The mechanic mentioned something electronic that cost 2 - 3k. Can someone tell me what this part is?Do you think its too soon for the sensors to get dirty, meaning the part definitely has to be replaced?Any help will be grateful. thanks, jOn

Check my post in the 5 series forum. It seems that it is the same problem. If it is the sensor problem, the cost is much lower. If it is the ABS controller problem, my 5 series one will cost close to RM3k!

Just wondering another thing. Is the sensor a part i can change seperately or does it come one set with the controller?
