About to upgrade suspension

Hi all, Need advise from you guys about to upgrade my E46 328i suspension. The existing suspension does't perform good enough.The coil spring, what brand is a good for the bimmer? How about eibach? is it really suitable for bimmer? I read a lot, most of the bimmer owner use eibach, and how about bilstien absober? I heard from one of outside mechanic, he said that bilstien is good but it's not a long life enough, maybe after a year it's already "kaput". Is it true?Have one of you guys use a Koni FSD?? how does it perform??Hope can hear an advise from you guys.Thanks a lot for the advise.
