Wonder how many km further can the engine last, and the costs involved?

bro, this engine and gearbox has already been overhauled, so whats the worry? its near new now and for all i know even when the owner decided to overhaul, the engine did not need one. these engines (abt 50k kms done) would be around 185psi on compression test and goes down to abt 165psi around 350k kms done with good maintenance. and even at 165psi, its a good clean pull on the 2.8ltr

there are not many who would sell a recently overhauled engine. used car dealers.............ahh the things they do!
