Thanks bro- Yes- My dad fell in love with the SL long ago when it came out. But during that time (90s) it was very expensive because of the 200% import tax. During the 90s- Only VIPs & royal & rich business people can afford the R129 SL. I remember watching music video by boyz 2 men(On bended kneez) There's an SL in it & also 90's series- 90210 Beverly hills & also adam family. Haha

Well we were lucky to get a hold of this car from a govt. auction last year(2010) & get it a good price( 40k BND- price includes the repair we have done to it)- Low miles( 1k o odo), ex princess car with custom interior & original Lorinser bodykit.

yes- 850i parts are hard to find in Brunei but if they know how to source online- It wouldn't be a problem. I've seen few 8 series on Brunei road. Some 850i came with straight pipes & the sound of the V12 is awesome. I'll post some 8 series pic in Brunei later.

LOL-- That's a standard brunei plate before but now there is a new regulation- We all have to use the standard size(Like the ones on our SL). Follow "ASEAN" standard. I';ll post some E32- It's a 750il & some 73oiL

Yes- 750i Same engine as the 850. From what I heard- It's very problematic. Those are BBS wheels? i pity those E34- According to the staff working there.- It's been sitting in the sun at "roya1 garage" for over 10 years & unused from new. At least its sold & new owners will bring them to life.
