404 Forbidden / 403 warning

Hi admins,quick question...I often find difficulty in posting (1/2 the time). The dreaded white screen 404/403 warning screen pops out. Is there a reason I am getting this alot?Thanks, keep up the good work.-DC

apparently its got something to do with browser compatibility and this board...so sometimes certain words ...will bring this page up..eg. if you type Thank You.. the dreaded page wiil pop up but if u type T h a n k you then no problem..why? me also dunno..Admin also baffled.
