325i or 328i venos engines

HI...........I am driving e36 - 325i non venos engines......any guys here could advice on the swap of 325 venos or 328 venos engines?Which is better? where can I find a half cut? how much will it cost?In terms of money which is better?cheerz....

good thing abt the 325i non-vanos is on obd1, means can be chipped...

Depends on what you want from the new engine. If your new engine is working fine, seems a waste of money to change from a 2.5 non-vanos to 2.5 vanos. If you want more power, you should be looking at something over 3 litre (since you are already enjoying the power of a 2.5), prefarably with an M prefix.

why change to a vanos engine from a non-vanos engine ?

cari pasal only... better sell your current ride and buy a 328 vanos.then you will really have fun with a 2.8L engine.
