Hi Alan, from the Mudah post, it seems that the owner/dealer had changed to a LCi rear tail light cluster (i.e. LED type). The front headlight remains at pre-LCi type (old type). Look at the silver engine cover (N52B25 early batch), there are some report saying that the engine consume a substantial amount of engine oil compare with the later one. Please take note. Nevertheless, there are also report saying that by using better grade engine oil i.e. 0-40W the problem will improve.
It is a 2007 car so be prepared to standby at least RM10-15k for necessary repair depending on the "real mileage".

If it is a real authorised dealer car, then you should be able to check some history/background from the authorised dealer.

I strongly advise you to get the car thoroughly physically inspected / electronically checked by a reputable BMW specialist or authorised dealer so that you can know and prepared for the damages.

My advise to u is find a reliable and trustable car dealer so that you won't Kena tipu with all the deceiving good looks.my brother bought a car at the same place and ended up buying craps.
