2 tone or 1 tone leather upholstrey

Some E36 M3 I have seen come with 2 tone upholstrey. Is grey or complete black a safer bet when it comes to selling off my car. Some friends told me complete black is nice while some say otherwise. i intend to replace the door panel fabric with grey leather as well. My E36 4door color is blue and interior is standard black fabric. You kind advice please?

It will be nice to have two dark tone for interior, black and carbon grey with greyish lines
