i would to ask for advise on purchasing for 320i ...year 2008 price 20k (from friend)....i never used bmw before this...i need some advice from everyone before i make a decision to buy this car, in terms of maintanance,common problem.

I'm a proud owner of a BMW and I'd recommend you to get it... There's tonnes of information in terms of issues and maintenance in the E90 forum. Spend some hours reading and decide after that... Good luck!

Bring a mechanic (would suggest genuine BMW mechanic) to help you check on this E90 320i. A nice machine to drive.
