Im trying to get my g/f's grandads BMW started (via jump leads) and the starter motor isnt even turning over though all the dash electrics come on. Last time it was was run (2 years ago) the electrics died on it, any ideas on what could be wrong? The solenoid seems to get power to it but wont make a clicking sound. Ive tried hitting it with the end of the hammer but dont really have any other ideas other then replacing the unit?Also does anyone know of any BMW specialists (garage and parts) in the sabah region as near as KK as possible.Thanks
