17" RIM on Z3

Does anyone tried 17" RIM on a Z3. I'm tempted to change from 16" to 17". The issue is currently I already have problems over some high bums with 16"

16" or 17", the outter diameter of the tyres are the same. This is because the speedo is tuned with the outter diameter, giving your final speed. So having 17" on your ride will not make much difference in ride height.

I'm currently running on 17" rims, no problems so far. Tyre size is 225 at the front and 245 at the rear. Gives the car a more muscular look i guess. But I think 18" rims would look even better

ermm...Hi guys. Just curious, would it affect the handling drastically if I had 225 tyres front and rear?

Hi Guys, I'm also a z3 owner 98 spec 1.9l engine, I currently have 17" mags with 225 45 17 tires both in the front and the back. I would like to ask if there would be an issue if I change my mags to 19"? will there be rubbing issues? do i need to roll my fenders? Thanks very much.
