Hey Zoggee, you sure the E30 handles better than the Z4. I kinda doubt that. having driven and owned both and even taken both to the track, I have to say, the E30 cannot compare to the Z4.

on another note, I don't care for Clarkson's opinion, I prefer Tiff Needle's more.

Jason Plato was having fun in the Z4 3.0 (M) along side Tiff driving a Porsche Boxter S. We all know JC is not much of a driver compared to Plato and Needle.

Did either Plato or Tiff drive the Z4M?

Thats JC la... he says one thing for The Times, then contradicts himself on TopGear telly then praises almost everything in his annual DVD video.

Very clever, entertaining and enterprising guy but he is really just creating controversy... 3.0 and M-Coupe are all very good cars with different characters and potential for fine tuning to what you like it to be...

Points to note...

Jeremy clarkson is just very biased against Bimmers in general...

quote... he did mention when the M5 came out... the model before the E60 M5... when they were comparing it against a holden i think... that he can't like the M5 because it is built in where the auschwithz used to be...

the only bimmer that he has ever given good reviews on is the M3CSL...

i just like JC becos of the way he uses his words...

I had the Z4 M Coupe for a day. It was a great driver's car. Think of it as a comfortable Lotus Elise (in my humble opinion anyway), of course, your mileage may vary
