I need some advice on where I can get the pixel repair (parts+labor) for a 2002 X5 in KL area.

Search "cluster ribbon" or "pixel repair" you should get the answer. There is a recent group buy for the ribbon at RM95.

If you are not DIY kind of person can get someone to do it at around RM500. He will swap his temporary meter cluster and take yours to fix it and return with your repaired unit.
