As you know information from VIN is like a birth certificate especially to confirm the original Production Date and colour. Information from JPJ registration card is known to be wrongly declared. On purpose I believe.

Let me put some highlights about my F45

Production year 2015. Registered 2016
It is a MANUAL car ok. I repeat a smooth 6 speeds MANUAL.
Engine 1500cc only with Twin Turbo. Good performance and low petrol consumption. Road tax RM90 only.
Mileage about 57,000km (as of Jun 2019). Very low bro. Service about every 10,000 to 12,000km.
Free maintenance up to 100,000km. Peace of mind. Just go to Quill Service Centre and chill out there for complementary latte and nasi lemak etc

Luxury specs. Which means lots of bell and whistles included such as Power Boot. Sensor to open the boot using leg. Ambience light colour for white or red can be chosen from iDrive. PDC (Park Distance Control) with factory fitted reverse camera. If car behind too close to your rear, rear camera will automatically turn on the display on the screen with alert. Awesome !
Factory 18" Sports wheel. Standard model use 16".
Come with Electronic Damper Control (EDC). Lets the driver choose between various programs (like ECO, COMFORT, SPORT) and adjust the suspension to suit his individual needs. With SPORT mode on you will feel the surge of power and stiffer suspension

Do you know that 218i Active Tourer share the same engine as BMW i8? The difference between 218i Active Tourer and i8 is i8 is a Sports Hybrid and i8 is selling at about RM1.3 million ! Now you can have a luxury of BMW Active Tourer at less than 10% price of i8. Below 100k. Under warranty. Peace of mind. Not a direct comparison but DNA is there.

For those who are rather sceptical about manual transmission. F45 manual is almost engine die free. It comes with Auto Start features. Which means should you accidentally release the clutch earlier and engine die, all you need to do is just press again the clutch and engine will restart, without having to press push start button. Those days manual car, you have to scramble to free the gear and crank the ignition switch. This is 6 speeds transmission and there is transmission range indicator on the dash meter to indicate what gear are you on, just in case you are not sure.

While waiting for the right buyer it does not stop me from making sure the ride is compromise. Decided on new pair of rubber to replace the worn and hard RFT tyres. Decided on Hankook Ventus V12 evo 2 225/45/18. Great decision.

Warranty is 5 years from 2016. Free maintenance up to 100,000km. Still about half way free maintenance to go. However wear and tear stuff like brake is not covered. Recently changed front and rear original brake disc and pad at Quill Automobiles SC. Find attached receipt.
