WTB: Some E36 interior misc parts

Right. Mine is missing / damaged some interior parts for my lovely bimmer.. wonder if anyone have replacement of the below items?The air climate control panel, mine's torn.

Broken front seat belt hinge?

and the door card screws (2 for each door) - could not find a set that fits the hole & yet isnt too long.If anyone has any of these laying around, or know someone who has one.. please let me know.PM/email/reply hereThanks guysbonus round; is this gap suppose to be there?
