I know of an E30 for sale around 21k++. Out of your budget, but it's the best condition E30 ive seen for sale. Comes with reupholstered leather seats, Mtech2 bodykit, 17inch sports rims, mtech 2 steering, Mtech 2 seats and no rust at all. '91 model M40. PM me if you want the number
