WTA: What is the correct level of coolant/water required for E36,328i

Dear All Taikos & Sifus,I would like to seek all your advice on the correct level of coolant / water for my E36, 328i model. Up to which level should the cooland/ water be filled? How many inches from the mouth of the equalizing tank is correct? I have checked in the Owner's Handbook, it has adviced that the to fill up to the level of COLD mark on the equalizing tank.But, I am curious as to whether this level is also applicable to our Malaysian hot climate?Many thanks in advance for your kind advice.Regards

Yup, the COLD level is the mark for maximum coolant refilling when the engine is cool
and NOT when its warm. Best is to top up in the morning but if you keep topping up
too often then thats evidence of a leak/crack/loose hose somewhere.
