I just sent my 525i in for some paint touch up around the doors - parking dents needed sorting out.When the car came back, I noticed something about the door handles on the outside - the original finishing, as I remember, had high gloss paint on the outside and a matte, textured finish on the underside of the handle - where your fingers go when you grab the door handle from the outside.Can anyone confirm that their E39's has this finish on the exterior door handle as well?
