someone took over my car bout 2 years ago with some agreement. Yes it's a long story and unnecessary mess. Right now I need to contact that person so that I can arrange for name transfer. The dealer that did this deal for me is missing in action and cant be located. I have tried looking for the dealer for months now.

Just need to clear my name from the bank right now so that I can move on.
