Before I purchased the 535i, I too went through a whole lot to get answers and also went to at least 8 huge grey importers and a few used car dealers inquiring about turbo cars.  In the process, I also asked about diesel cars (I was at one point considering a BMW X6 3.0d) and if I were to buy one off them and drove it for a month and sell it back to them, how much they'd pick it up from me. I found that diesel 2nd hand vs petrol 2nd hand (given that both were the same year build), the diesel would lose way more than the petrol (percentage figures). Anyhow, that's just my finding and I'm sharing this for your information, and not to rebut any statement made in this thread.</p></blockquote><p></p>
