Hi all, I have a E46 330i sedan. Love the car. Just read the BMW Car mag (July issue) and in the longtermers section there was an article on a E46 330i that did a DPI (dual program interface that gives two maps in one a) for smoooth driving and ii) sporty performance when you press on the throttle) remap ECU by MV Sports and as a result, the author/owner got better fuel economy (10%) and better performance as well (+12-16Hp and +22-26lb ft torque)... So after reading that and getting excited, I checked back here on the forum (last time I visited this forum was for tyre sizes and prices and never thought people did remapping here in KL)... and found this thread (long story I know). (take a breather) So is it worthwhile considering the remapping, especially if Bernard can do a "DPI"??? And if I read correctly, it would be around RM1500?? Any feedback much appreciated.
